- Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
- Collecting deposit bond and lodging with Deposit Protection Service.
- Inspection of property to ensure standards for letting
- Preparing Inventory of contents
- Arranging Gas Safety Inspections
- Collecting rents
- Arranging repairs and renewals (subject to authorised limits)
- Preparing monthly landlord statements showing income and expenditure
- Checking out tenants at the end of the tenancy.
